How to wear shaping briefs
Take the brief off its package delicately to avoid any damage to the fabric, independently of the quality and denier of the product.
Once seated, put your thumbs inside one leg and cluster the brief in your hands while slipping your toe into it.
Let the brief slide along your leg until its leg edge reaches its proper position according to the brief type purchased (over the knee/mid thigh/high thigh). Do the same with the other leg.
Stand up and pull on the brief firmly, but gradually, because the brief fabric is much thicker than the tights one. First adjust your rear and your tummy area, then continue adjusting your hips up to your waist.
If you have purchased a high waist brief, pull it on carefully up to your breast.
